A lovely baby son, Maayan, was born to us three weeks ago. Shirli accompanied us as our Doula during the birth, having guided us through the last weeks of pregnancy and is still giving us guidance.
Maayan’s birth was fairly quick for a first baby, with no complications and perfectly natural. There are many reasons for this, such as luck for example, but we are certain that Shirli’s presence at the birth was a decisive factor. She radiated strength, without being over-assertive, she has a lot of knowledge which she shared with us, and at the same time allowed us the freedom to make our own decisions, and supported them. She filled us with confidence, and displayed sensitivity and patience at all times.

We loved Shirli’s attitude through pregnancy and birth. She knew what she was doing, and did it in a very calm and reassured way.
